- Each campus and University Administration will have their own proof-of-concept project to build a working dashboard for a particular purpose, as defined by the needs of each participating group
- A group of representatives from all campuses will take a look at the high-level needs of the overall University for dashboards
- A technical team will examine the feasibility of dashboard technology as an enterprise-wide service
What is the timeframe for the analysis and what happens next?

- The analysis program started in July 2007, and is expected to be completed in March 2008
- If the analysis determines dashboards will be valuable to the University and can be reasonably implemented, a proposal for an implementation project will be submitted for approval through the IT Priorities Committee and funding through AAMT.
