ODBC Users: Read our
How To document to find out how to connect to and use the ETL Runtime table in the Data Warehouse. The ETL Runtime table contains information about the Data Warehouse load processes.
Find out which tables are loaded in which ETL chains, using the

Planned Events
Data Acquisition SchedulesData Warehouse processing for the following data acquisitions may extend processing completion times on days when the additional data is scheduled to be created. We apologize for the inconvenience. Decision Support continuously strives to minimize the impact of the additional data loads to our user community. If you have any questions, please
contact us.
- Registration Census (as many as 9 points in a semester; see the Registration Census Dates for schedule)
- Application Census (Census and Final Grade points; see Application Census Dates for schedule)
- Payroll Reconciliation (generally 2-3 days after Payroll; see OBFS's Payroll & Earnings website page for the University Payroll Schedule)
Scheduled Nightly DowntimeThe Data Warehouse is unavailable each night between 10 p.m. and 12 midnight. Nightly system backups are taken during this time.
Inactive Account ChangesData security is a very important issue with the Data Warehouse. To help maintain proper security measures, Decision Support has implemented a system for changing access on inactive and terminated user's settings.
This will only affect accounts that are inactive for an extended period or are associated with an employee who has been terminated. Accounts will be classified as "inactive" after 90 days of non-activity. At that time, access for such accounts will automatically be disabled. After an additional 180 days of inactivity (270 total days), access for those accounts will be terminated. If an account is associated with a terminated employee, the account will be terminated immediately. When a change is made to an account, both the user and the associated Unit Security Contact (USC) will be notified.
