The Data Warehouse was last updated at these times:


ODBC Users: Read our How To document to find out how to connect to and use the ETL Runtime table in the Data Warehouse. The ETL Runtime table contains information about the Data Warehouse load processes.

Planned Events
BusinessObjects Update – Now Available
BusinessObjects XI Service Pack 5, Fix Pack 5.2 is now available via WebStore. We encourage all Desktop Intelligence users to apply the update as soon as possible. For more information, see the BusinessObjects Information page.

Data Acquisition Schedules
Data Warehouse processing for the following data acquisitions may extend processing completion times on days when the additional data is scheduled to be created. We apologize for the inconvenience. Decision Support continuously strives to minimize the impact of the additional data loads to our user community. If you have any questions, please contact us.
  • Registration Census (as many as 9 points in a semester; see the Registration Census Dates for schedule)
  • Application Census (Census and Final Grade points; see Application Census Dates for schedule)
  • Payroll Reconciliation (generally 2-3 days after Payroll; see OBFS's Payroll & Earnings website page for the University Payroll Schedule)

Scheduled Nightly Downtime
The Data Warehouse is unavailable each night for approximately 10 minutes at approximately 11:30 p.m. Nightly system backups are taken during this time.
