Changes > Request A Change
Users who wish to submit a change request to any Decision Support product (EDW, Data Mart, Universe) should
contact the AITS Help Desk so the inquiry may be submitted as Clarify ticket. Users who have access to submit Clarify tickets directly may choose to do so as well.
The change request should include the following information:
- Contact information for person requesting change
- Write-up of the change requested, including as much detail as possible
- Business case for the request (i.e., why is the change needed, what group of users will benefit, etc.)
- Any relevant time factors (such as impending deadlines)
- Specific data or data sets affected by the requested change
For requests about defects, please provide as much detailed information as possible about the occurrence of the defect.
For requests about enhancements, please provide as much information about the business case for making the enhancement.
