Change Management Advisory Committees meet every other month to review the list of requested Data Warehouse changes. Changes are then ranked by priority and scheduled by Decision Support.
Release Schedule
Releases are typically scheduled for the third Thursday of the month. However, Decision Support may revise this schedule as needed to accommodate holidays and other variables. Currently, releases are scheduled for the following dates:
- December 15, 2009
- February 11, 2010
Scheduled Changes and Enhancements
The following document provides information about changes that have been prioritized and scheduled. The proposed date of release may change, depending on Decision Support resource availability and the complexity of the change. Additional changes may be added to releases as capacity allows. Additionally, some cases may be put on hold or scheduled for a future date to be determined. For additional information about changes listed, please

Pre-Release Notes
Pre-Release Notes are provided to users in anticipation of changes to be implemented with each monthly release of the Data Warehouse. This information is provided in advance to allow users to prepare for any modifications to their custom-developed reports, systems, or analysis that may be necessary. Pre-Release Notes expire once the Release Notes for the corresponding release have been published.

The next Pre-Release Notes are scheduled to be published on or about December 1, 2009 for Release 2009-12. The release is scheduled for implementation on December 10, 2009.
